Enjoy our simple and convenient online shipping cart at any time. Or you can call us Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm, Sunday from 10am to 5pm pacific standard time. We will be glad to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Personal checks are also acceptable, but there will be a 3 to 5 days wait for the check to clear before we ship out the order.

What shipping methods do you have?

Unless customers specify otherwise, we usually ship by regular FedEx ground. And depending on the delivery destination, it takes approximately 5 to 7 days to arrive. Other delivery services such as UPS and USPS are also available. Express delivery is also available if so requested.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via E-mail at baosfashionco@yahoo.com or call toll free at 866-745-9288, within seven business days from receipt of the merchandise. A Return Authorization Number will then be issued for you. We do not accept any defect claim requests after the seven-day period is over or for items that have been used or damaged for any reason. Each item claimed defective needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as misusage defect.

We do credit back credit card accounts or refund checks for returned merchandise. Credits and adjustments are made with merchandise credit only. You will be issued the appropriate dollar amount on your next order.
